Domestic (India) Return & Replacement Policy
- Validity:
- You have 3 days from receiving your order to request a return, replacement, or exchange. After 3 days, no returns, replacements, or exchanges are possible.
- Eligible Items:
- Returns, replacements, or exchanges are only allowed for damaged or incorrect products.
- You must provide an uncut, unaltered unboxing video as proof (make sure to record while opening the package).
- Conditions:
- The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging, including any certificates, invoices, etc.
- Our team will inspect the item before approving any return or replacement.
- Items viewed in a video before purchase are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
- Free or complimentary products cannot be returned, replaced, or exchanged.

Size-Related Returns & Exchanges
- No Returns:
- We don't offer returns for size-related issues.
- You can request an exchange or replacement if the required size is available.
- Please connect with our team to know about any applicable charges or exchange fees.
Shipping for Returned/Exchanged Products
- Return Pickup:
- In some cases, we may arrange a return pickup at your doorstep. Check with customer care to see if you're eligible.
- Shipping Costs:
- You are responsible for shipping costs when returning an item. These costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping to you and return shipping will be deducted.
- Packing:
- Pack the product carefully and use a reputable courier like Blue Dart or DTDC with insurance.
- Keep and share the tracking information with us.
- Damages:
- Damages due to neglect or improper use are not covered under our Return & Replacement Policy.
Refund Policy
- No Refunds for Exchanges/Replacements:
- Refunds are not available for exchanges or replacements.
- Refund Process:
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few days.
- For COD orders, you can request a store credit, gift card, or provide a UPI ID for the refund.
- Non-Refundable Charges:
- Shipping charges, energization charges, Shopify transaction charges, and payment gateway charges are non-refundable.
- Refund Timing:
- Refunds may take 10-14 business days to process after we receive the returned product.
- Your bank or credit card company may take another week to reflect the refund in your account.
- If You Haven’t Received Your Refund:
- First, check your bank account.
- Then, contact your credit card company—it may take some time for the refund to post.
- Next, contact your bank, as there may be processing delays.
- If you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancelling Prepaid Orders (Before Shipping):
- You can cancel prepaid orders if they haven't been shipped yet by emailing us at support@mysoulmantra.com or calling us at +91 90983 89938.
- Your order will be cancelled, and your payment refunded as per our refund policy.
- Cancelling Prepaid Orders (After Shipping):
- Once shipped, prepaid orders cannot be cancelled from our end.
- To cancel, refuse to accept the order when it arrives. Once the order returns to us, we will cancel it and process your refund after deducting shipping, transaction, energization charges and other order processing charges such as platform charges, etc.
- Cancelling COD Orders (Before Shipping):
- You can cancel COD orders if they haven't been shipped yet by contacting us via email or phone.
- No refund is applicable for cancelled COD orders.
- Cancelling COD Orders (After Shipping):
- Once shipped, COD orders cannot be cancelled from our end.
- To cancel, refuse to accept the order when it arrives. No refund will be provided.
- If You Haven’t Received Your Order:
- If you get a message that your order has been delivered but you haven’t received it, contact us within 24 hours.

- If 24 hours pass without contacting us, we may not be able to resolve the issue or recover the lost package.
International Orders
- No Returns or Cancellations:
- We do not offer returns, replacements, refunds, or cancellations for international orders.
